Memberships
Students 7 and older will learn the fundamentals of martial arts including blocking and striking techniques, abduction prevention, training exercises, traditional Kata, sparring, board breaking, joint locks, karate history and much more. Beginner and Intermediate levels meet 5:00 - 6:00 pm on Mondays and/or Wednesdays at the Knights of Columbus Building. Monthly rates: one day a week $35, Two days a week $65. Stop out and view a class. Registration taken all year!
