WEEKEND RENTALS: PLEASE make note of Rec Hours. You may be REQUIRED to pick up your key the day before if your rental is during closed rec hours. All rentals require rental paperwork to be completed. If you have not already done so, please stop by the Bellevue Recreation Center (110 Cherry Boulevard, Bellevue, OH) OR navigate to the paperwork online: http://www.bellevuerec.com/forms. The Rental Agreement & Refund and Credit Policy must be completed and returned to the Rec. You may email your forms to jeniece.meade@cityofbellevue.com.
Rental fee are charged for the time needed to set up, decorate, and clean up. When planning your event, please included enough time to cover all your needs. Your rental facility will be available at the time you request on the form.
**PLEASE NOTE** Oven will not be turned on unless you pay the $100 Non-refundable fee.

*No Alcohol permitted without a Board approved alcohol permit. Must be presented 30 days or more with a $50 refundable deposit before your reservation.
